An order cannot be cancelled after successful payment because it is a digital service request prepared for processing.
No refund after payment
Amounts paid for a successfully verified order are non-refundable. This policy applies whether the output contains one or more selected report formats.
Technical non-delivery support
If a verified and completed order is not available in My Orders, contact SiisLogic with the order reference and registered email address. We will review the technical delivery issue and provide appropriate support.
